Proposing schedule alternatives in case of changes</li><li>Producing forecasts for project team, evaluation of key performance metrics, ongoing review of contractor progress and their ability to achieve key milestones</li><li>Providing scheduling input for management reports and supporting overall report deliveries</li><li>Providing early warnings of scheduling conflicts that will delay the projects, which may require remedial actions.</li></ul>
