The candidate should have knowledge of computer operations, data entry, and record management. The role requires assisting the project team in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective use of computer systems and software.<ul><li>Perform accurate data entry and maintain project-related records.</li><li>Prepare, compile, and update project reports and documentation.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of project data.</li><li>Provide support to the project team in preparing letters, and other documents.</li><li>Monitor and manage daily computer operations to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Coordinate with project team to meet reporting deadlines.</li></ul>With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.Suitable applicants will have/be:<ul><li>Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. Intermediate or bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT or a related field.)</li><li>2–5 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.</li><li>Good typing speed with accuracy in data entry.</li><li>Good organizational and documentation skills.</li></ul>SMEC is an equal opportunity employer.
