Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting • Monitor inventory levels and sales data to identify trends and anticipate demand • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management • Analyze data to identify cost saving and efficiency opportunities Inventory Planning and Forecasting • Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models • Set inventory targets and reorder points based on forecasted demand • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet sales and production goals Inventory Management • Manage inventory levels and replenishment for multiple warehouses and locations • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products • Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues Process Improvement and Optimization • Continuously review and improve inventory management processes • Implement new systems and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce costs Inventory Auditing and Compliance • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory data • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Identify and address any inventory control issues or discrepancies Team Collaboration • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, operations, and finance • Communicate inventory updates and changes to relevant teams • Work together to develop strategies to improve inventory management and meet company goals.
