A person interested in the field of power electronic converters and contribute towards global R&amp;D projects.How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>You will bring broad knowledge in the field of control design, power electronics as an experienced control engineer for power electronics.</li><li>You will be contributing to the development of control/Protection software on the MACH control platform and MATLAB Simulink.</li><li>You will be responsible for documentation of control software like concept documents, test reports and other supporting documents part of development.</li><li>You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>Required master’s degree in electrical engineering with an emphasis on Power Electronics and control system.</li><li>Industry experience with power converters, control systems designs and real time control software, also control software designs experience in MACH control platform, MATLAB/ Simulink or other control platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in the use of simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD would be an advantage.</li><li>Experience working in an Agile development team and Python programming would be an advantage.</li><li>Team spirit with the capacity to work independently, complemented by quick intellect and well-developed analytical skills, you like to work in multicultural/international environment.</li><li>Eagerness for learning and innovation, the readiness of mind for the use of various new tools for developments tasks but also for collaborating with the team efficiently.</li><li>Proficiency in both spoken &amp; written English language is required.</li></ul>More about usExcited about a new opportunity?
