You will be part of the Broader Finance team at BlaBlaCar, with your manager reporting into the CFO.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">The Sustainability team is responsible for:</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">- BlaBlaCar’s sustainability strategy (ESG Roadmap; Business Cases; Carbon Trajectories; Benchmarking; Other Analysis)</span></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">- ESG reporting and external requests (Impact Reports; Investor Requests; CSRD),</span></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">- ESG data and KPIs (inc. carbon footprint and avoided emissions; ESG KPI tracking &amp; calculation)</span></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">- Launching any new projects and initiatives</span></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">- Accreditations and ratings</span></div><div><span style="font-size:10pt;">- Carbon Credits Strategy</span></div><br><br><h3>Your responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Help prepare BlaBlaCar’s 2025 Impact Report, by collecting, consolidating, and structuring insights and updates</li><li>Collate, calculate and analyse key ESG data as part of annual ESG KPI process</li><li>Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis as needed (e.g. benchmarking, emission factors computation, business case development)</li><li>Provide operational support for sustainability initiatives (e.g.  policies, communications)Develop materials for key presentations including bi-monthly </li><li>Steering Committee meetings with BlaBlaCar Executive Committee members</li><li>Lead relationships with external partners (e.g. design agency, auditors, consultants)</li><li> Build positive relationships and coordinate with BlaBlaCar team members across functions and offices (e.g. Product, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, Bus, Carpool, Government Relations, Communications, People teams)</li></ul><h3>Your qualifications </h3><ul><li>You are currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School seeking a 6-month internship starting Jan 2026</li><li>1-3 previous internship experiences in consulting, finance, business intelligence or other relevant analytical position</li><li>Strong problem solving skills: quantitative and qualitative analysis, logical thinking</li><li>Technical skills: solid knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation programs (e.g. Google Sheets and Slides)</li><li>Excellent communication skills: ability/experience in synthesizing and communicating information and data clearly</li><li>Thorough attention to details, you take pride in your work</li><li>Thriving in a collaborative, fast-growing and innovative environment</li><li>Excited by the opportunity to take ‘day to day’ ownership for certain projects</li><li>Full working proficiency in English</li><li>Fit with our <a href="https://jobs.blablacar.com/working-at-blablacar">BlaBlaPrinciples</a></li><li>Nice to have: proficiency in data visualization tools or SAAS platforms; previous professional sustainability experience</li><li>Note: Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory.
