At the heart of innovation, you will be responsible for transforming customer needs into industrialized products, ready for mass production. Accelerate and secure product industrialization</h3><ul><li>Industrialize the 6 ongoing projects to ensure their timely production launch</li><li>Prepare the industrialization of the next 6 products for a Q1 2026 launch</li><li>Establish a consolidated project schedule and track key milestones</li><li>Identify bottlenecks and drive problem-solving actions (particularly in Asia)</li><li>Monitor supply, capacity, and quality risks in coordination with field teams</li></ul><h3>2.
