You will be part of ICEYE Indirect Sourcing team, with the main responsibilities of handling the daily procurement and sourcing tasks such as purchasing goods, receiving and logging received goods and services. You will be supporting Sourcing specialists in purchasing various goods and services. You will report to the Indirect Sourcing Lead  in this position.This position is a 6 months fixed-term contract.Responsibilities<ul><li>Taking care of the day-to-day Indirect Sourcing and procurement operations</li><li>Purchasing goods and services</li><li>Evaluating vendor performance and maintaining supplier relationships</li><li>Orders follow-up, quality claims for indirect sourcing categories</li><li>Cooperating with internal customers and assisting in planning upcoming sourcing and procurement activities</li><li>Preparing and handling order documents</li><li>Inbound logistics incl. receiving</li><li>Verifying invoices</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or other related field. (Studies don’t need to be completed)</li><li>Experience in supply chain tasks such as buying and negotiations.</li><li>Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Strong team collaboration skills.</li><li>Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>A customer service-oriented mindset.</li><li>Organized and methodical approach to work.</li></ul>In addition to the above, it would be beneficial if you had the below attributes and skills: <ul><li>Preferred prior experience as a supply chain specialist, buyer, or similar role, particularly involving global and local indirect procurement</li><li>Knowledge in contracts, negotiations, or contract laws</li><li>Knowledge in reporting and analysis</li><li>Finnish skills preferred due to cooperation with local vendors</li></ul>Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl.
