In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to build reporting, uncover insights, and guide decision-making as we scale. Your curiosity and ability to turn messy data into clear, actionable recommendations will be essential.JOB DUTIES<ul style=""><li>Reporting &amp; Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and models to improve visibility into operational efficiency, delivery performance, and topline metrics.</li><li>Cross-Functional Insights: Partner with operations, engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Source and transform data creatively, even when systems are incomplete. Propose solutions and tools to streamline workflows.</li><li>Strategic Partner: Act as an analytics thought partner, translating complex findings into simple, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Metric Ownership: Help define and track key business metrics, enabling data-driven strategy across teams.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, &amp; SKILLSRequired Experience, Qualifications, and Skills<ul style=""><li>BA/BS in a quantitative field preferred.</li><li>6+ years of experience in an analytics role (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in SQL (4+ years) and comfort with scripting in Python or R.</li><li>Strong data visualization skills using BI tools (we use ThoughtSpot and Looker Studio).</li><li>Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and inferential statistics.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Comfort leveraging AI/GenAI tools to enhance analytics workflows.</li><li>Knowledge of geospatial analysis techniques is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills<ul style=""><li>Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or operations-heavy industries.</li><li>Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive; able to prioritize in ambiguity.</li><li>Experience with dbt and modern data governance practices.</li><li>Proven ability to thrive on scrappy, fast-moving teams.</li></ul>
