Let’s create impact together! 🌱What's on the menu?As our new Account Executive, you are the growth engine for our expansion across the hospitality and foodservice sectors. You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing, for your assigned accounts.Your week revolves around developing new business with major industry players(think large hotel groups, cruise liners, and global catering companies) often driving expansion after successful Proof of Concepts (POCs). You will build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers (Procurement, F&amp;B Directors, Sustainability) and move deals forward by delivering compelling demos and tailored business cases.You are the crucial link, meticulously managing your pipeline in HubSpot for accurate forecasting. Success is built on cross-functional collaboration with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth journey from lead to long-term client impact. You will be Orbisk’s expert in the field, turning food waste reduction into a powerful business outcome for our customers.The key ingredients for success:<ul><li>You have 4+ years of B2B sales experience with full sales cycle responsibility.</li><li>A proven track record of selling successfully into hospitality, hotel chains, cruise liners, or large-scale catering.</li><li>Strong command of pipeline management and proven closing skills, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.</li></ul>Bonus ingredients:<ul><li>Experience in sustainability, food tech, or hospitality solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based sales models.</li><li>An existing network among regional hotel groups or catering operators.</li><li>Multi-lingual skills (Arabic, Turkish, Persian) are an asset.</li></ul>Why join Orbisk? The camera runs an AI image recognition algorithm that recognises ingredients from images. Effortlessly, we register what food is wasted and why. By means of action-oriented dashboarding, you'll be able to find and optimize the inefficiencies in your food providing process,  annually saving an estimated over 4,000 kilos of food waste for an average sized restaurant, worth €20,000 - €60,000, thus improving sustainability and profitability!
