As our Regional HR Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our HR agenda across Southeastern Europe, CEE &amp; CIS. You’ll blend strategic HR Business Partnering with hands-on HR Operations, making sure our people strategy aligns perfectly with business goals and that our HR services run smoothly. Here’s what you’ll be up to: <ul><li>Be a trusted advisor: Partner with regional leaders and managers to shape effective people strategies, guide workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.</li><li>Champion our culture: Foster employee engagement, promote our values, and support career development and mobility.</li><li>Lead HR operations: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS data, and employee records. Ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies.</li><li>Drive recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.</li><li>Support learning &amp; development: Identify training needs, implement global learning programs, and coach managers in leadership and HR best practices.</li><li>Deliver insights: Provide reporting and analytics on HR metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.</li></ul> Your profile So far a quite interesting position isn`t it? Well then, in order to feel fullfilled within this Job your ideal profile looks more or less like this: <ul><li>A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and HR Operations roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and employment practices.</li><li>Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple countries or business units.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>English C1 and Greek C1 (additional regional languages are always a plus).</li><li>Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.</li><li>Leadership, influence, and change management skills.</li><li>High integrity, confidentiality, and a data-driven mindset.</li></ul>
