Summary of PositionAs a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring the administration of comprehensive training to operations staff, ensuring that all operators are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality in our panels.Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Work closely with operations managers, supervisors, and other support staff to identify training needs and align training efforts with plant goals.</li><li>Coordinate necessary training activities for the various areas.</li><li>Facilitate the training of operators and technicians on a variety of machines and production processes.</li><li>Support the design and implementation of training curricula tailored to production processes, equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with departmental supervisors and managers to create and standardize work procedures to improve efficiency and maintain consistent quality across all shifts.</li><li>Keep detailed records of all training sessions, employee progress, certification renewals, etc., within the Learning Management System (LMS).</li><li>Provide ongoing support to ensure employees across all departments are adapting to new technologies or processes.</li><li>Ensure that all training programs adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.</li><li>Continuously assess and update training materials, methods, and delivery to reflect best practices and the latest advancements in production techniques.</li><li>Promote versatility among employees by encouraging cross-training in various production roles, increasing flexibility in workforce deployment.</li></ul>
