The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects with industry standards and client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, contractors, and clients to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement QA/QC plans for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality and adherence to project requirements.</li><li>Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and other project documentation for compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC reports, including non-conformance reports, inspection reports, and test results.</li><li>Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.</li><li>Participate in project meetings to discuss quality-related issues and provide updates on QA/QC activities.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>
