JOB PURPOSETo issue and dispatch stock in accordance with company procedures KEY RESULT AREAS <ul><li>Stock accuracy</li><li>Accurate &amp; timely updating of documentation</li><li>Accurate information on IT system</li><li>Customer Satisfaction Indicators</li><li>Targets met</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES <ul><li>To log all incoming goods in accordance with company procedures</li><li>To despatch parts liaising with all relevant personnel as necessary.</li><li>To participate in the generation of works orders.</li><li>To complete bills of materials as necessary (Production orders).</li><li>To maintain effective housekeeping in the Stores area</li><li>To use any associated computerised systems as necessary.</li><li>To ensure compliance with all Statutory Legislation and Company Policies and Procedures including Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental.</li><li>To participate in the out of hours Stores call out arrangements.</li></ul><ul><li>To undertake any training as required.</li><li>To maintain and coordinate Q-pulse for special Tools, Calibration/PAT Testing</li><li>To raise purchase requisitions when required for Special tools, Calibration/PAT Testing</li><li>To participate in cycle counts for Eastwood stores</li><li>To investigate queries and discrepancies</li><li>To process orders, enquires and queries which are driven by the stores inbox or via telecommunications</li><li>To support parts projects</li><li>To participate running reports for parts backorders for internal and external customers</li><li>Pro-actively engage in discussions and daily briefings</li></ul>Harsco is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, ensuring equal opportunities for all  employees and applicants.
