<p>The Laborer’s job is to clean plant and to clean where and when necessary. The responsibilities encompass the entire plant. $32.06 per hour.</p><ul><li>Operate under direction of plant supervision</li><li>To obtain directives from Shift Supervisor</li><li>Assist with non-mechanical duties such as screen installation</li><li>Follow lockout procedures</li><li>Obtain, use and maintain PPE</li><li>Obtain, use and maintain assigned Tool Kit</li><li>Make sure work area is safe and free of debris</li><li>Ensure that all guards are in place in the immediate work area</li><li>Work will be performed as per supervisor’s instructions</li><li>Assist plant personnel when needed (i.e. short staffed on production)</li><li>You are responsible for ensuring all tools that you use get put away</li><li>You are responsible for reporting any dust emissions as well as all fluid spills or leaks</li><li>Know, Understand and follow Plant Lockout procedures</li><li>Immediately report any unsafe conditions, practices or accident, injury, near miss disputes or concerns and/or other circumstances</li></ul>
