This is a key role supporting the Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS), working closely with the SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), our Quality Assurance team, partner companies, and third-party vendors.This role is a 12 month fixed term contract. There will be an expectation to be office based 2 days a week in either Dublin or Cork.About the role:<ul><li>Manage and track SEAI paperwork and audit documentation</li><li>Coordinate vendor onboarding and process payments</li><li>Liaise with QA and arrange site visits for compliance and audit purposes</li><li>Maintain accurate records on SharePoint</li><li>Support team reporting and KPI tracking</li><li>Assist with project delivery and regulatory submissions</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul><li>Experience in admin or energy-related sectors</li><li>Clerical speed and accuracy</li><li>Previous experience of working with 3rd party contractors </li><li>Strong data analysis and reporting skills</li><li>Great communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and spot process improvements</li><li>Passion for delivering high-quality service</li></ul>Why should you apply?       We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
