This is a high-impact role for a seasoned Lean Six Sigma expert who thrives on solving complex challenges, optimizing processes, and leading teams toward operational excellence.What You'll Do:Project Management<ul><li>Lead strategic manufacturing projects from concept to completion.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to align project goals with business objectives.</li><li>Provide regular updates and risk assessments to senior leadership.</li></ul>Lean Six Sigma &amp; Process Optimization<ul><li>Apply your Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.</li><li>Lead Kaizen events, DMAIC projects, and root cause analyses to drive measurable results.</li><li>Conduct process audits and implement data-driven improvements.</li><li>Mentor and coach team members in Lean Six Sigma principles.</li></ul>Material Flow Optimization<ul><li>Analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across manufacturing operations to reduce waste and improve throughput.</li><li>Design and implement efficient systems for material movement across the supply chain.</li><li>Collaborate with logistics and production teams to minimize bottlenecks and maximize efficiency.</li><li>Track KPIs to ensure continuous progress toward operational excellence</li></ul>Quality &amp; Cost Management<ul><li>Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards.</li><li>Use statistical methods to monitor and improve product quality.</li><li>Lead CAPA initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations</li><li>Develop and manage budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities through smarter manufacturing.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and production teams.</li><li>Set clear performance goals, support professional development, and build a culture of innovation conduct evaluations.</li><li>Evaluate and integrate new suppliers, technologies, and manufacturing systems.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement Culture<ul><li>Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.</li><li>Encourage innovation from all levels of the organization.</li><li>Drive scalability, sustainability, and excellence in everything we do.</li></ul><h2>What You'll Bring:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment. .</li><li>Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.</li><li>Proven expertise in manufacturing process design, technology integration, and process improvement.</li><li>Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing software.</li><li>Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.</li><li>A hands-on approach and passion for mentoring others in continuous improvement.</li></ul>#LI-JO2Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
