You convince the first corporate customers and lay the foundation for our growth.</li><div><br></div><li><b>Acquisition &amp; Pipeline Development </b>– Identify, engage, and qualify ICPs both online and offline in close collaboration with Marketing – from initial contact to deal closure.</li><li><b>Consultative Selling </b>– Conduct discovery calls and product demos, develop a deep understanding of customer processes and craft tailored solution concepts.</li><li><b>Pitching &amp; Negotiation </b>– Deliver compelling product presentations, prepare proposals and independently manage contract negotiations with multiple stakeholders.</li><li><b>Onboarding &amp; Implementation </b>– Guide new customers through implementation, including training, process integration and success measurement.</li><li><b>Customer Retention &amp; Growth </b>– Build long-term relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and drive upselling and renewal initiatives.</li><li><b>Feedback &amp; Product Development </b>– Work closely with the product team to relay customer insights and evolving market requirements.</li><li><b>Reporting &amp; Process Optimization </b>– Use CRM tools to manage the pipeline, analyze key metrics, and continuously improve sales and success processes.</li></ul><h3>What you'll need...</h3><ul><li><b>Sales runs in your veins</b> – you love turning great conversations into lasting partnerships.
