In this role, you’ll focus on leveraging AI to dramatically improve how our employees work. You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, streamline business workflows, and automate complex internal processes across the entire organization.This is a hands-on technical role where you will work with various teams to identify key opportunities for AI integration, from optimizing data retrieval and analysis to building custom AI agents that assist employees with their daily tasks. You’ll be a key player in transforming our internal operations through innovative technology.This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.Impact You’ll Own:<ul><li>Lead the AI for internal productivity roadmap by helping identify and implement AI solutions that improve efficiency and reduce friction for our employees.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Act as a subject matter expert on applied AI and its potential applications.</li><li>Design, build, and deploy AI solutions and applications that address specific internal business needs, particularly enterprise productivity.
