Job Summary We seek a dedicated Street Team Associate to join our dynamic team at Bird through our trusted staffing partner, TalentBurst, to support operations and logistics with fleet deployment and other tasks. As a Street Team Associate, you’ll be the face of our operations on the ground in Atlanta. This dedicated role is focused on proactively managing vehicle organization, improving rider engagement, and ensuring compliance with city parking regulations. Your efforts will directly enhance operational efficiency, reduce public complaints, and strengthen our partnerships with city stakeholders—especially ahead of key regulatory milestones.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Vehicle Organization &amp; Rebalancing</li><ul><li>Ensure designated parking zones remain clear, organized, and in compliance with Atlanta city regulations.</li><li>Proactively tidy up mis-parked vehicles in high-traffic areas.</li><li>Rebalance and reposition out-of-nest vehicles to optimize rider access and visibility.</li></ul><li>Rider Engagement &amp; Education</li><ul><li>Interact with riders in the field to provide support and education on proper parking behavior.</li><li>Promote positive user habits that align with city compliance standards.</li></ul><li>Maintenance Monitoring &amp; Reporting</li><ul><li>Identify and report minor maintenance or operational issues in the field (e.g., damaged vehicles, faulty kickstands).</li><li>Communicate observed issues to the operations team for follow-up.</li></ul><li>Data Collection &amp; Field Insights</li><ul><li>Collect observational data on parking patterns, high-demand areas, and rider behavior.</li><li>Provide feedback to support continuous improvement in operations and city collaboration.</li></ul></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in field operations, customer service, or logistics preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li><li>Familiarity with micromobility or transportation systems is a plus</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended periods</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks<ul><li>Competitive hourly wage</li><li>Flexible work schedule aligned with peak demand periods</li><li>Opportunity to impact city infrastructure and sustainability efforts</li><li>Be part of a mission-driven team focused on urban mobility innovation</li></ul>Pay Range:$18 - 20/hour USDShift Hours/Days:Friday, Saturday, Sunday (3pm-8pm) but open availability would be preferred according to business needs (seasonality and events being the moving parts)Culture at BirdWe're an ambitious, smart and open-minded team that is passionate about our mission.
