Backed by leading international investors, we are driving the global transformation toward a net-zero industrial future.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>Plan, organize, and execute maintenance and repair activities</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical faults in areas such as instrumentation, piping, static and rotary equipment, DCS/PLC systems</li><li>Calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation and sensors</li><li>Operate and optimize electrical subsystems (e.g. drives, fans, relays, breakers, grounding systems)</li><li>Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, protocols, and reports (including remote troubleshooting documentation)</li></ul>Customer Interaction &amp; Field Service<ul><li>Conduct on-site service visits and system interventions at customer locations (domestic and international)</li><li>Act as a technical point of contact for customers and ensure service satisfaction</li><li>Coordinate and supervise external service providers and contractors</li><li>Support the drafting and management of service and maintenance contracts</li></ul> System Optimization &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Analyze system malfunctions and recommend technical improvements</li><li>Develop and implement predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance strategies</li><li>Collaborate with software, process, and data teams to create digital twins, condition monitoring, and predictive fault detection dashboards</li><li>Support lifecycle innovation by recommending system upgrades and design-for-maintenance improvements</li><li>Contribute to HAZOP and risk assessment processes</li><li>Develop training manuals and conduct training sessions for plant operators</li></ul> What do you bring? <ul><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation &amp; Control Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Several years of experience in service, maintenance, or operations of process or industrial systems</li><li>Solid understanding of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems (EMSR)</li><li>Hands-on experience with DCS and/or PLC systems (basic programming knowledge required)</li><li>Experience managing external contractors and technical projects</li><li>Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation</li><li>Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus</li><li>Confident using MS Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus</li><li>Self-starter with a hands-on mentality, team spirit, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally and participate in on-call duty rotation</li></ul> What we offer? <ul><li>Permanent full-time contract in a future-oriented cleantech company</li><li>Flexible work models with remote work options and trust-based working hours</li><li>Personal development through tailored training and development programs</li><li>Flat hierarchies, ownership opportunities, and space for ideas</li><li>Diverse international projects with real impact on the energy transition</li><li>Strong team culture with open communication and regular team events</li><li>Modern work environment with global collaboration tools</li><li>Competitive salary package including pension plan and health initiatives</li></ul>
