This entry-level role will be tasked with being the “boots on the ground” - meeting with customers and introducing them to our Non-Dairy Whole Milk.   Who are we? You care deeply about changing our food system.</li><li>You’re a great person, in and out of work. You are kind, trustworthy, smart, humble, organized, and hard-working.</li></ul> What you will do <ul><li>Visit coffee shops, cafés, tea shops (think matcha, boba, etc.), smoothie shops, and other neighborhood hangouts to introduce our Non-Dairy Whole Milk.</li><li>Build relationships with owners, managers, and baristas.</li><li>Set up tastings and product demos to get those owners, managers, and baristas excited about the product.</li><li>Hunt for new accounts (some leads will be provided, but prospecting will be necessary) while also keeping in touch with existing accounts.</li><li>Track your activity and results in our CRM so that we can celebrate the wins and track progress toward goals.</li><li>Share feedback from the field to the internal team to help us refine our product and our strategy.</li></ul> This is a full-time exempt role based in the U.S. (must live in the area of our targeted market). The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000, including a bonus opportunity of up to 20%, a finder’s fee for new accounts, equity options, 401k, and medical, dental &amp; vision benefits. We also offer mileage reimbursement and a cell phone allowance of $50/per month. The above represents the expected annual salary for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining our salary ranges, we consider experience, skills, and other job-related factors, while balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
