The Solution Specialist (Web) plays a central role in enabling, governing, and continuously improving TOMRA’s web platforms. Acting as a bridge between Group IT, Brand Marketing &amp; Communications, divisional stakeholders, and external partners, this role ensures scalable, secure, and compliant digital solutions. The position supports both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational excellence across the global web ecosystem.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Web Platform Governance – Govern CMS platforms, analytics, and integrations, ensuring compliance with branding, security and enterprise standards.</li><li>Solution Delivery &amp; Support – Translate business needs into technical requirements, coordinate delivery with internal teams and vendors, and provide L2/L3 support to maintain high availability and service levels.</li><li>Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management – Act as the interface between IT, BMC, divisional stakeholders, and external partners to drive effective collaboration and consistent outcomes.</li><li>Project Execution – Lead technical delivery for website redesigns, feature rollouts, and integrations, ensuring alignment with agile planning and release schedules.</li><li>Training, Documentation &amp; Financial Oversight – Develop training materials, maintain usage guidelines, and track vendor hours and budgets to support sustainable operations.</li></ul>
