<ul><li>Works under limited supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving.</li><li>Directs project support and production for assigned projects, creating drawings as required using standards and content to meet job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).</li><li>Develops and maintains BIM execution plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices.</li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Implements and oversees quality control procedures for BIM models and associated documentation.</li><li>Conducts clash detection analyses and coordinates resolution of conflicts within the BIM environment.</li><li>Manages and optimizes BIM content libraries, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information for all project stakeholders.</li><li>Stays current with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to existing workflows and processes.</li><li>Participates in client meetings and presentations to communicate BIM strategies and project progress effectively.</li></ul>
