Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio. </li><li>Continuously reviews the Sales/ Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.  </li><li>Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities </li><li>Communicates, manages and solves actual and potential supply issues. </li><li>Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies. </li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment </li><li>Coordinates Import activities. </li><li>Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting)  </li><li>Prepares data for the bi-monthly reviews and consensus meeting </li><li>Manages SCM related tasks of quality issues. </li><li>Manages phase-in/ phase-out situations and SLOBs. </li><li>Continuously improves operational efficiency (process improvements, new SCM solutions, support to central tenders). </li></ul>Organization <ul><li>Directly Reports to: Country, Sales or Production Supply Chain manager </li></ul>Interactions<ul><li>CIC, Marketing, Sales, Controlling, Production, Procurement </li><li>Supplier, Warehouse, Forwarder, customs service provider </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Professional Experience and Education <ul><li>Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences) OR   Professional training in business administration or comparable and at least 5 years’ experience in SCM functions. </li><li>2 years’ experience in Demand planning in consumer goods company or B2B is a plus </li></ul>Specific knowledge <ul><li>Excel mastery </li><li>Knowledge in SAP, IBP and BI </li><li>Very good English skills </li><li>Good user knowledge in MS-Office </li><li>Basic financial knowledge </li><li>Basic commercial knowledge </li></ul>Specific competencies <ul><li>Customer orientation </li><li>Structured working style </li><li>Good statistical, analytical and problem solving skills </li><li>Distinct team spirit Communication skills enjoying working on international and intercultural environment </li><li>Negotiation skills </li><li>Proactivity and initiative </li><li>Resilience </li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
