In this role, you will be accountable for executing the marketing and sales strategies in France for Transformer. You will proactively lead, develop and coach the sales team in France to exceed the sales targets through high performance, being the connector between the Local Sales Managers (LSM) and the HUB Europe Demand team.How You'll Make an Impact<ul><li>Main sales responsible, hands-on connecting demand and supply (factory product marketing), chasing orders down with a clear tactical and operational focus.</li><li>Main regional speaking partner to Market Managers to drive top-line growth while keeping operational needs under control. Follow-up both targets and adoption of HUB M&amp;S tools.</li><li>Implementing Marketing &amp; Sales strategy based on HUBs guidelines. Collector of the market intelligence/analysis from the demand at country level.
