In this role you will be able to make a great impact on the future growth and success of our factory. You will be a change agent in driving sustainable and transformational change across the whole factory value chain focusing on our operating system ITM (Integrated Transformer Management System) where you will combine technical and operational business knowledge and apply methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to deliver data driven operational improvements.
