How You’ll Make an Impact  <ul><li>Lead supplier assessments, evaluations, and audits to ensure on-time delivery and outgoing quality.</li><li>Drive supplier qualification and maintain a robust, ethical, and sustainable supplier base.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to execute part and process qualifications.</li><li>Address supply disruptions and manage claims when supplier root causes are identified.</li><li>Resolve supplier quality issues and lead improvement initiatives through direct engagement.</li><li>Monitor and report on supplier performance, KPIs, and quality trends.</li><li>Lead or support supplier performance evaluations and share transparent feedback.</li><li>Contribute to strategic quality initiatives and support special projects.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li></ul> Your Background  <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in supplier quality, procurement, manufacturing, or quality engineering.</li><li>Strong knowledge of quality systems/tools (ISO standards, PPAP, FMEA, CAPA, etc.) and SAP/4HANA (Module QM).</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.</li><li>Experience with 8D methodology, improvement projects, and lean/6S/statistical process control.</li><li>Ability to travel to supplier sites as needed.</li><li>Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li></ul> More About Us  We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
