The Regional Marketing Director, LATAM is the senior marketing leader for the region, responsible for developing and owning the comprehensive marketing strategy to drive significant revenue growth. This role will lead a team and collaborate with executive leadership across LATAM sales, global marketing, and partner channels to build a scalable, predictable pipeline engine. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, this individual is fully accountable for the region's marketing performance, budget, and business impact, including new logo acquisition and customer expansion.This role is a versatile and resourceful strategic thinker capable of laying the foundation and seeing projects through to completion. You bring a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM) programs, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to support account-based selling, plus ensure that existing accounts are positioned for further growth.
