Ce rôle stratégique est rattaché au <b>Directeur Service</b> de la division <b>Transport</b> du segment <b>Water Infrastructure (WI)</b>.</h2><p></p><p></p><h2></h2><h2>🎯 <b>Vos missions:</b></h2><p></p><h2>En tant que Manager Ateliers, vous serez le moteur de l'efficacité et de la qualité de nos opérations de réparation. Vos responsabilités incluent :</h2><ul><li><h2><b>Supervision opérationnelle</b> des ateliers : garantir le bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Excellence qualité &amp; sécurité</b> : veiller au respect des normes et à la sécurité des équipes.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Optimisation des performances</b> : améliorer la rentabilité, l’efficience et le taux d’utilisation des techniciens.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Leadership terrain</b> : encadrer et faire grandir les coordinateurs d’ateliers et les techniciens.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Pilotage des indicateurs clés</b> : suivre et analyser les KPIs de productivité, qualité et finances.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Amélioration continue</b> : identifier les leviers de progrès et mettre en œuvre des plans d’action.</h2></li><li><h2><b>Collaboration transverse</b> : travailler en synergie avec les autres départements pour fluidifier les opérations.</h2></li></ul><p></p><h2></h2><h2><b>🧩 Le profil que nous recherchons:</b></h2><p></p><h2>Vous êtes un(e) <b>leader opérationnel(le)</b>, passionné(e) par l’univers technique et la gestion d’équipes ?
