The project manager role oversees installation and construction projects for water treatment assets from project kickoff through commissioning/startup. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning and Strategy • Develop detailed project plans and timelines • Identify project goals and objectives • Create project budget and track expenses • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders • Lead project team meetings and ensure tasks are completed on time • Identify and resolve any project issues or roadblocks Stakeholder Management • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders • Communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders • Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements • Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into project plans Resource Allocation • Identify project resource needs and allocate resources accordingly • Manage contracts, bids, and installation resources.• Manage internal and external resources simultaneously, allocating resources as needed • Identify and resolve any resource conflicts Reporting and Documentation • Create project reports for stakeholders • Document project progress and updates • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is readily accessible to stakeholders • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date • Conduct project evaluations and produce final project reports.   High Impact Behaviors: • Continuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. • Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration.
