Position SummaryThe PC&amp;L Specialist is responsible for conducting daily audits of shipping and receiving. Including, reviewing daily shortages, expiration reports, damages, inventory rotation, discrepancies, and quality issues. Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.</li><li>Works closely with other inventory specialists in addressing inventory imbalances.  </li><li>Execute PIT activities, supporting other PC&amp;L teams.</li><li>Ability to pull reports from SAP and Excel for audit purposes.</li><li>Proficient in computer reporting, pivot tables and excel record inventory data. </li><li>Update SAP with all receiving/shipping corrections.</li><li>Update SAP inventory balances to keep accurate information for all MRP schedules (Troubleshooting and Escalation of discrepancies identified)</li><li>Communicate any stock outs based off inventory adjustments to PC&amp;L team</li><li>Validate Stock Rotation Control FIFO standards throughout all storage areas and material flow points.</li><li>Monitoring stock control, accuracy, efficiency, and quality.</li><li>Create purchase requisitions.</li><li>Annual record keeping with ability to maintain records based off customer retention and BW supplier manual requirements.</li><li>Work with quality teams to maintain SAP on hold deviation inventory stock levels.</li><li>Support continuous improvement projects and implementation</li><li>BOM audits</li><li>Support 5S / Housekeeping activities as required</li><li>Support weekend activities when required</li><li>Accurately and timely enters materials transactional information into SAP and other systems as required.</li><li>Use appropriate deviation areas, hold tags, to process defective parts through nonconforming material procedure.</li><li>Adherence to standard work procedures in addition to development and continuous improvement to the standards.</li><li>Meet all PC&amp;L department KPI’s (Safety, Internal / External Delivery, Logistics Quality, Cost (Scrap / HPUS), Associate Engagement and Teamwork)</li><li>Wear all required PPE within manufacturing areas and warehouses.</li></ul>Additional Information: <ul><li>Travel is occasionally required, up to 5% of the time.</li></ul>Safety and Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Extended periods of standing, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling, reaching, etc.</li><li>Lifting shoulder high up to 35 lbs. repetitively.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to read and understand equipment operation manuals, Safety Data Sheets, and other literature as required</li><li>Repetitive motion activities include but not limited to loading machines, unloading machines, standing, lifting, loading/unloading carts.</li><li>All employees are responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with the safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Punctual attendance to work is required.</li><li>Good hand dexterity, hearing, and vision are considered essential. </li><li>A moderate to high degree of repetitive motions using right, left, or both hands and/or feet may also be required.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Safety</li><li>Initiative and high sense of urgency</li><li>Judgement/Decision Making</li><li>Teamwork/Interpersonal Skills</li><li>Attendance</li><li>Internal/external Customer Service Orientation</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy of work</li><li>Root Cause Analysis</li></ul>Education &amp;
