<div>The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in the research, preparation, documentation and production of all of the Company’s financial filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).  This includes the quarterly Form 10-Q’s, annual Form 10-K’s and the review of other external communications involving financial information, including the Company’s quarterly earnings releases and Form 8-K’s.  The External Reporting department ensures that the disclosures included in the Company’s SEC filings are appropriate to meet SEC disclosure requirements, as well as guidelines under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.  This person will also be part of a team working directly with our internal and external auditors. </div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities Include:</div><div>•Maintain established reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.</div><div>•Perform month, quarter and year-end closing procedures and reporting for restructuring, impairment and transaction-related charges and other areas as assigned.</div><div>•Prepare monthly journal entries as a part of month-end close procedures.</div><div>•Provide support to both external and internal auditors to assist in their completion of an efficient audit for the Company.</div><div>•Assist in the preparation of XBRL tagging for Form 10-Q’s and Form 10-K’s using the cloud-based platform, WDesk.</div><div>•Coordinate with members in corporate accounting to prepare and maintain supporting documentation for the financial statements and footnotes in the quarterly Form 10-Q’s and annual Form 10-K’s.</div><div>•Prepare quarterly financial statement analytics. </div><div><br></div><div>What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence? </div><div>•2-3 year’s accounting experience preferably involving a mix of public accounting and industry.</div><div>•Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business administration, or equivalent training.</div><div>•Strong understanding of SEC and financial reporting areas.</div><div>•Self-motivated and self-directed, as well as possessing strong time management and organizational skills.</div><div>•Advanced knowledge and skill with Excel and the ability to automate tasks.</div><div>•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</div><div>•CPA preferred or equivalent in India.</div><div>•Big four experience preferred.</div><br><br><br>
