Your primary responsibility will be to perform high-quality paint repairs and refinishing on vehicle surfaces to meet stringent cosmetic and durability standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Paint, Body-in-White, General Assembly, and Powertrain to ensure flawless finishes and continuous process improvements.:</p><div><ul><li>Remove surface imperfections (Dents/Dings) without needing body paint repair.</li><li>Time management.</li><li>Physical work includes pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, lifting, repetitive motions, etc.</li><li>Ability to follow a required specific sequence of steps in a process repetitively for an extended period.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform standardized work processes and defined work instructions.</li><li>Working for extended periods.</li><li>Lifting objects at various load levels.</li><li>Use of complex tooling that requires specialized training.</li><li>Wearing Personal Protective Equipment: safety glasses, vests, shoes, hard hats.</li><li>Evaluates the assembly processes and equipment to look for continuous improvement opportunities.</li><li>Ability to solve problems independently and in team environments at a rapid pace.</li><li>Escalates any process abnormalities to the appropriate support groups and leaders.</li></ul><p><br>You Bring:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required and typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of paint and dent experience.</li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license in the U.S.</li><li>Must have the ability to work quickly while maintaining an elevated level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to solve problems independently and in a team environment.</li><li>There is a frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.</li><li>Must have a command of the English language, both written and verbal.</li><li>Must be dependable, have good initiative, be committed, and be quality-focused.</li><li>Flexibility to support any shift, including days, nights, and swing shifts as well as weekends and/or holidays as required.</li></ul></div><p></p><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
