Your mission is to ensure our stack is not just running, but thriving—making it fast, efficient, and secure for nearly 800 users. You'll be part admin, part developer, part consultant, and a critical partner to teams across the company. Your expertise will directly boost productivity and make our collaborative tools a joy to use.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the health, performance, and security of our Atlassian Cloud suite. This is your domain.</li><li>Lead the design and implementation of advanced solutions—from complex workflows to robust automations—that solve real business problems at scale.</li><li>Manage the entire Atlassian ecosystem, including user access, permissions, and the lifecycle of Marketplace apps.</li><li>Serve as the ultimate technical expert and escalation point for the stack, tackling the toughest issues, providing smart solutions, and mentoring others to be more self-sufficient.</li><li>Drive platform governance, implement best practices, and ensure the Atlassian environment scales with ICEYE’s ambition.</li><li>Stay ahead of Atlassian trends, evaluate new features, and lead major upgrades or migrations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage integrations and resolve technical challenges</li></ul>RequirementsWhat you'll need to succeed:<ul><li>Several years of hands-on experience as a Jira/Atlassian Administrator or Engineer in a complex, cloud-first environment. You've seen it all.</li><li>Deep proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence), including advanced customization of workflows, schemes, and a mastery of JQL.</li><li>A knack for stakeholder management; you can translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with everyone from engineers to executives.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.</li><li>A collaborative spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global team without losing your cool.</li></ul>Bonus points if you have:<ul><li>Atlassian certifications (we love to see them!).</li><li>Experience with identity management (Okta, SAML/SSO) and integrating it with Atlassian.</li><li>Scripting and automation skills (Groovy, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
