As a Account Manager, you’re managing and developing our network of installation partner companies in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and you’re the face of Otovo to our partners! Reporting to: VP Account Management Location: Madrid<h3>☀️ Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and reinforcing our network of installation partners.</li><li>You will be in close contact with our installation partners, finding creative solutions to a wide range of challenges, with a clear focus on negotiations of price conditions for a mutual increase in business.</li><li>You always have a clear view on the KPIs of all of your installers and frequently hold feedback sessions to improve performance and collaboration.</li><li>You identify the needs and wishes of the partners and derive suggestions for improvement.</li><li>You consistently pursue your goals and always keep an eye on the relevant KPIs. </li></ul><h3>☀️ Requirements:</h3><ul><li>You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in account management of B2B partners.</li><li>Native in German and fluent in English</li><li>You are passionate about expanding successful and sustainable partnerships.</li><li>You excel at working independently and autonomously and can maintain contact with your installers even at a distance.</li><li>You impress with your communication, negotiating skills and confident presence.
