You’ll work side-by-side with our CEO and leadership team, shape the company’s long-term financial path, and make sure we’ve got the capital we need to grow fast—and responsibly.As our Head of Finance, you will: <ul><li>Capital Markets &amp; Financing Strategy<ul><li>Develop and execute our capital markets strategy to fuel growth and expansion </li><li>Lead debt financing initiatives, including refinancing, new debt issuance, and optimizing capital structure for cost and flexibility.</li></ul><ul><li>Build strong relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and credit agencies, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.</li><li>Share financing plans and performance with our leadership team.</li><li>Identify and evaluate strategic financing opportunities, including private placements, structured finance, and alternative debt sources.</li></ul>Debt &amp; Covenant Management<ul><li>Own loan and bond documentation, compliance, and financial reporting</li><li>Maintain and develop financial models to forecast covenant headroom and stress-test scenarios.</li><li>Partner with legal and external advisors on debt documentation, refinancing, and negotiations. </li></ul>Financial Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Partner with our CEO and leadership team to shape long-term financial strategy and growth plans.</li><li>Lead budgeting, treasury, and accounting functions to deliver accurate financial insights and forecasts.</li><li>Strengthen our financial governance and risk management frameworks across the organization.</li><li>Lead and grow a small high-performing finance team aligned with business objectives. </li></ul>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for debt investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulators.</li><li>Support management and investor relations through clear communication of financial performance and outlook. </li></ul></li></ul>ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you:<ul><li>You bring 10+ Years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in capital markets, treasury, or structured finance roles</li><li>Proven track record in raising and managing debt facilities - bank loans, bonds, structured or asset-backed financing</li><li>Strong understanding of financial instruments, leverage metrics, and covenant compliance frameworks.</li><li>You’ve worked in a growth-stage or capital-heavy environment like mobility, energy, or tech.</li><li>You’re a clear communicator who can build trust across internal and external partners (bookkeepers, auditors and governmental authorities)</li><li>Exceptional financial modeling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>You’re hands-on and thrive in a fast-moving, small-team environment.</li><li>You are fluent in English and German.
