As our HR Business Partner for Germany, you’ll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and supporting our teams to thrive. You’ll work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with our goals, foster a strong company culture, and ensure we remain a great place to work. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: <ul><li>Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.</li><li>Support organizational design and workforce planning to ensure optimal team structures and capabilities.</li><li>Drive performance management cycles, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and development conversations.</li><li>Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and follow-up.</li><li>Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company values and legal requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with Learning &amp; Development to identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.</li><li>Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, working closely with legal and compliance teams.</li><li>Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.</li><li>Act as a liaison between employees and leadership, promoting transparency and trust.</li></ul> Your profile You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys building strong, people-first workplaces. Here’s what we’re looking for: <ul><li>About 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.</li><li>Proven ability to coach, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>German and English C1 level or higher in both.</li><li>Experience working with HR data and analytics tools is a plus.</li><li>A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>A genuine passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>
