Together, we connect the dots, shift barriers, and catalyse transformative partnerships at the highest levels of government and the private sector.  The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented People &amp; Culture Advisor to join our Sydney-based team on a full-time, 9-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day People &amp; Culture operations, with a strong focus on systems, reporting, and employee experience.  Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, and employee changes. </li></ul><ul><li>Draft and manage all people-related documentation, such as employment agreements, contract variations, and termination letters, ensuring accurate records are maintained. </li></ul><ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries ie policies, employee cycle, managing the People inbox and providing timely guidance to employees and managers. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and optimise HR systems (BambooHR, JustWorks, Culture Amp), ensuring data is up to date and synced across platforms. </li></ul><ul><li>Own updates to employee records and changes impacting payroll; ensure compliance with visa, sponsorship, and parental leave requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards, including monthly reports and FTE data for leadership reporting. </li></ul><ul><li>Support recruitment administration such as posting job ads, coordinating interview logistics, and providing access to hiring managers. </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to the delivery of team projects and the People Plan, helping to improve processes and employee experience. </li></ul> About You You’re a detail-oriented, tech-savvy HR professional who thrives on organisation, data, and making things run smoothly.  <ul><li>You bring a solid experience in HR operations, HR services, or talent acquisition, where you’ve juggled multiple tasks and competing priorities with confidence. </li></ul><ul><li>You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for data - using reporting and metrics to support decision-making and improve processes. </li></ul><ul><li>You’re comfortable working with HR systems (we use BambooHR, JustWorks, and Culture Amp) and confident navigating Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Your strong administrative and organisational skills are matched by excellent written and verbal communication. </li></ul><ul><li>You’ve studied HR or a related field and are looking to apply that knowledge in a hands-on role. </li></ul> You'll love this role if you <ul><li>Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to shifting priorities with ease. </li></ul><ul><li>Take initiative and enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team. </li></ul><ul><li>Have a natural curiosity and enjoy solving problems - big and small - with a practical mindset. </li></ul><ul><li>Are motivated by purpose and want to contribute to meaningful work aligned with tackling global challenges like climate change. </li></ul> Applying with Pollination  Pollination is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
