AECOM Mississauga is hiring a Governance Coordinator. This role provides coordination, documentation, and reporting to strengthen decision-making forums, track escalations, and maintain transparency. Working closely with the Governance Lead, the Coordinator will prepare materials, manage action trackers, and support implementation of governance structures across the project.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Governance Support: Coordinate the preparation of meeting materials, decision logs, and action trackers for governance forums including the design of initial project templates.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Control: Maintain records of decisions, approvals, and escalations, ensuring accuracy and traceability.</li><li>Reporting: Support the development of governance dashboards and reports that highlight progress, issues, and decision status.</li><li>Framework Alignment: Assist with implementation of governance processes, including Terms of Reference, RACI, and delegation of authority.</li><li>Issue Tracking: Log and monitor escalations, supporting timely review and resolution.</li><li>Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with client and project delivery team representatives to gather inputs and circulate outputs.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in governance processes and support refinements to improve efficiency and transparency.</li></ul>  <ul><li> </li></ul>
