You will work closely with internal clients and vendors to ensure all payables are processed in time not affecting manufacturing of products. This role will require close working collaboration with Procurement.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process a high volume of invoices for multiple companies, follow up issues with vendors.</li><li>Support special activities and establish controls and procedures to ensure an accurate payment to vendors</li><li>Monitor and review open GRs.</li><li>Responsible for filing invoices as well as keep in order sharepoint archive</li><li>Responsible to charge back to vendor for the return of materials (CC 0110)</li><li>Invoice verification made in acordance with procedures and law regulations (3-way match)</li><li>Responsible for implementing internal and external audit recommendation for Accounts Payables</li><li>Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required</li><li>Prepare month end accruals</li><li>Supply support for High Bond controls</li><li>To work according of the I.M.S.
