Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance) </li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘ </li><li>A focus on continued personal development </li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community </li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle </li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Support, develop, and coordinate the design and return of key project bids and tenders across all sales sectors.</li><li>Take responsibility for tender requirements and coordinate with various departments as well as the customer.</li><li>Produce compliant, professional, and commercially appealing bid responses.</li><li>Organise bid progress meetings, actively search for new tenders on relevant platforms, and address customer queries using your deep business knowledge and Aggreko resources.</li><li>Support your UK&amp;I region, working closely with local management, and be flexible to support other European countries.</li><li>Prepare, complete, and submit Requests for Information, Pre-Qualifications, Requests for Quotation, Requests for Proposal, Invitations to Tender, and other customer returns.</li><li>Attend key customer meetings: bid clarifications, bid presentations, bid negotiations.</li><li>Participate in internal sales meetings to promote the Aggreko Bids &amp; Tenders Team.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English, other European language would be beneficial.</li><li>Commercially astute with attention to detail and quality.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team, managing time for yourself and project teams.</li><li>Knowledge of or motivation to understand technical applications of Aggreko’s rental product range</li><li>A good understanding of, or interest in, legal concepts.</li><li>Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office, PDF writer, CRM, tender and customer portals, SharePoint, etc).</li><li>Good people skills and ability to lead by influence.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
