Here are some of the benefits and rewards. <ul><li>Competitive compensation package  </li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available </li><li>Safety-focused culture  </li></ul>What you will do:  <ul><li>You’ll be based out of our Fort Worth, TX service center</li><li>Years of experience managing a team of technical employee</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.</li><li>Coordinate daily assignments and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.</li><li>Manage cable and parts inventory in the warehouse</li><li>Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and venue teams to align service delivery with operational needs</li><li>Coordinate and oversee equipment preparation and yard testing to ensure functionality and safety</li><li>Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services for warehouse and venue operations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal team to understand material requirements and timelines</li><li>Purchase order management</li><li>Ensure that facilities and work areas are safe, clean, and fully operational, handle purchase order of parts and service order execution  </li><li>Provide effective and timely support to customers and service center team, schedule and coordinate the appropriate and timely deployment of fleet and staff for daily activities and project work </li><li>Assist with Equipment allocation and assist all stakeholders involved in the process, provision of reporting and analysis for Fleet &amp; Logistics Manager </li></ul>We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience: <ul><li>Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry </li><li>Demonstrated 3-5 years Supervising, facility management, or warehouse management</li><li>Preferably experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO (International Standards Organization) 9001 standards. Skilled in managing budgets with an accounting mindset.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Projects.</li></ul>We recruit the best talent.
