Barton Operator ensures correct labeling, handling and transportation and tracking of hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste. The Barton Operator will be committed to performing the role safely and wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including a respirator. Areas of Focus Barton Operator collects &amp; inputs data for reports, attribute reports, charts &amp; graphs. Responsibilities Level I • Work in extreme temperatures and heavy environment is a plus • Ability to use hand tools and learn specific machine controls, gauges, etc • Ability to solve problems and recommend solutions • Must be clean shaven for PPE purposes • All employees must follow strict hygiene rules including mandatory showering and lunch periods on site • Lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time Basic Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED • 2-3 years’ manufacturing/plant experience with a strong and consistent work history • Basic English proficiency to interpret work and apply safety instructions • Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)if you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
