In this role, the Assistant Manager will supervise a team of Project Managers and Project Specialists who will collaborate with customers, installers, and service providers to troubleshoot system issues and schedule service visits when needed. In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing the completion of multiple install pipelines related to out-of-business installers. The O&amp;M organization will always keep the customer as the priority. Quick action and excellent communication are paramount to help preserve the customer experience during system downtime and/or required repairs.</span></div><br><br><h3>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of 8-12 employees which includes weekly check-ins, training, timesheet management, and coaching</li><li>Reporting and oversight of team KPI’s related to O&amp;M and dissolved installers</li><li>Resolve executive level customer escalations in a timely manner</li><li>Review repair quotes for accuracy and approve when appropriate.
