This is a chance to combine analytical rigor with purpose-driven work, joining a small, high-impact team at a pivotal stage of expansion.As the FP&amp;A Senior Associate you’ll…<ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Contribute to the development of the annual budget and related KPIs, partnering directly with department heads to prepare and manage critical components of the Mill P&amp;L</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Work closely with critical operations, supply chain, and accounting stakeholders to track production costs, analyze unit economics, and ensure accurate cost-of-goods and opex forecasting</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Serve as a key stakeholder in integrating financial tracking and performance monitoring tools, including NetSuite</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Evolve Mill’s company-wide FP&amp;A model, including scenario planning, revenue forecasting, and margin tracking</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Ensure accurate financial reporting and translate data into clear dashboards and presentations for leadership and the board</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Contribute to investor and lender reporting, fundraising diligence, and strategic financing efforts</li><li style="font-weight:400;">As Mill grows, assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring future team members within FP&amp;A and Strategic Finance</li></ul>Ideally you’ll have…<ul><li style="font-weight:400;">4–6+ years of finance experience, preferably in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles at high-growth, hardware, consumer tech, or manufacturing companies; candidates with relevant experience in investment banking or private equity will also be considered</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Strong grounding in financial modeling, cost accounting, and opex management</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems and comfort working with large data sets</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and translate data into actionable business insights</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, and/or lender communications preferred</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA or CPA a plus)</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills</li><li style="font-weight:400;">High attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li></ul>The estimated base salary range for this position is $135k to $152k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant.
