We are looking for drive and raw intelligence: someone who combines curiosity for cutting-edge technology with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear commercial opportunities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, acquire, and manage key strategic customers in the AI data center and HPC (high-performance computing) markets. </li><li>Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships. </li><li>Act as the main commercial interface between Skeleton and assigned key accounts. </li><li>Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical and commercial proposals in cooperation with engineering and product teams. </li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&amp;D, engineering, operations, and marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and technological developments in the data center industry to identify new business opportunities. </li><li>Represent Skeleton Technologies at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings globally.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in key account management, business development, or technical sales in the data center, energy storage, or power systems sectors. </li><li>Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and energy management challenges, ideally including UPS systems, power electronics, or battery technologies. </li><li>Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with large enterprise clients. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </li><li>Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. </li><li>Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. </li><li>Willingness to travel internationally.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of mobile working without core working hours and sufficient freedom for your own ideas.</li><li>A flat hierarchy culture - fostering our great working atmosphere.</li><li>Use the training budget to expand your knowledge and competencies.</li><li>A motivating opportunity for continuous growth at Skeleton.</li><li>An additional day off every year for your birthday.</li><li>We celebrate our successes with Team Events, Summer &amp; New Year’s parties, and other initiatives!  </li></ul>We're not just about energy storage.
