This person will lead our product innovation in leveraging our rich data platform to create best in class business intelligence reporting and analytics to support program managers, grid operators, and our internal admin teams.&nbsp;</span></div><p><b>&nbsp;</b></p><div><span>What you get to do:&nbsp;</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Develop and articulate a clear product strategy </span><span>highest priority, highest value insights and analytics in an intuitive, self-serve portal</span></div></li><li><div><span>Collaborate closely with engineering and design </span><span>to shape strategy &amp; roadmap, prioritize the most valuable problems to solve, and launch MVPs to quickly validate hypotheses in that strategy&nbsp;</span></div></li><li><div><span>Lead 1-2 development pods (teams)</span><span> executing in an Agile Scrum environment, writing all User Stories, running refinement sessions, and supporting planning to enable execution against a defined product strategy.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Drive the sprint iterations</span><span>, and actively participate in all agile ceremonies including sprint retros, refinement and planning.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Build a deep and data-driven understanding</span><span> of customer needs, pain points, and real-life behaviors across programs.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Drive user research with clients </span><span>at every stage of product development</span></div></li><li><div><span>Define, monitor, measure, analyze, and report </span><span>on key metrics for your products</span></div></li><li><div><span>Partner closely with Designer, Engineers, fellow PMs, Data Scientists, Marketers, Account Managers and more</span><span> across the business to align on core user problems (or JTBD) and uncover shared opportunities together.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Champion a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and iteration</span><span>.</span></div></li></ul><div><span>What you bring to Uplight:&nbsp;</span></div><div></div><ul><li><div><span>4+ years experience </span><span>leading product teams to understand highest value pain points, market opportunities, and delivering on them</span></div></li><li><div><span>Excellent communication and storytelling skills</span><span>, with an ability to clearly articulate your narrative to both technical and non-technical, internal and external client audiences alike.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Experience leading horizontal, multi-team efforts</span><span> around shared business goals or questions, embedding discovery throughout your process.</span></div></li><li><div><span>A user-first mindset</span><span> that advocates for the pursuit of simple, elegant solutions, while balancing ambiguity and technical constraints.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Growth-minded</span><span> and well-versed in giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a commitment to collaborative problem-solving.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Experience building enterprise software (B2B and/or B2C).&nbsp;</span></div></li><li><div><span>Ability to facilitate, understand, and articulate technical design concepts, </span><span>APIs, and DB querying etc</span></div></li></ul><div></div><div><span>Bonus points:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>A deep </span><span>curiosity</span><span> for exploring responsible </span><span>efficiency opportunities with AI.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Comfortable jumping into </span><span>complex technical domains with curiosity and humility.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Experience working in multiple industries and/or in startup environments</span></div></li><li><div><span>Fluency</span><span> in Agile environments, meeting cadences, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></div></li></ul><div></div><p><b>&nbsp;</b></p><div><span>Don’t meet every single requirement?
