If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!  You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Leading B2B product development in Estonia, including defining and implementing local business and product processes</li><li>Automating and optimizing business processes to ensure scalability and profitability</li><li>Creating and managing the Estonian product roadmap – deciding what we build and why, based on strategic objectives</li><li>Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and support product positioning</li><li>Ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating communication with local regulators, the transmission system operator (TSO), and other partners</li><li>Monitoring and improving P&amp;L performance – balancing growth, cost efficiency, and product portfolio profitability</li><li>Establish product management and decision-making frameworks within the Estonian energy sales unit (tools, methodologies, KPIs)</li><li>Implementing data-driven management - including analytics, metrics, and financial models</li></ul>
