Other duties may be assigned.     <ul><li>Through proactive ownership, the successful candidate will drive KPI (Key Performance Indicators), the quality and integrity of data capture, making cost and performance-based decisions to manage &amp; minimize the risks of asset failure while optimizing the long-term cost of ownership of the fleet within their direct control</li><li>Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to improve overall asset and equipment reliability and performance</li><li>Develop and maintain regular communications with their assigned sites reporting situational asset health, escalating priorities and situations as necessary</li><li>Analyze equipment failure data and performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, focusing on root cause analysis and long-term solutions</li><li>Lead reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and failure mode and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) processes to systematically assess critical asset failures, develop preventative standards and define maintenance priorities</li><li>Design and oversee condition-based monitoring (telemetry) programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication analysis, to predict equipment failures and schedule preventive maintenance</li><li>Evaluate lease vs buy business models, vendors, and suppliers in partnership with procurement efforts</li><li>Assist to manage contract labor assignments and resources as needed</li><li>Assist to develop and submit annual CapEx plan with follow-up to also assist in executing and budget conformance</li><li>Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to maximize the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations, focusing on life cycle cost analysis and asset optimization</li><li>Manage the Reliability/CMMS/Monitoring software and databases, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting for decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Facilitate training and development programs for maintenance and operations staff to enhance their understanding of reliability &amp; operating principles and practices</li><li>Oversee the implementation of energy management programs aimed at reducing carbon footprint &amp; fuel consumption while improving the efficiency of asset operations</li><li>Support &amp; guide the day-to-day maintenance activities for a geographic area of operating sites, providing technical support to the site Maintenance Supervisors, supporting in the delivery of improved standards &amp; quality of work.  Will have responsibility for multiple operating locations, overseeing multiples of fixed and mobile wheeled assets, providing asset management services and equipment to Harsco Metals &amp; Minerals operations team</li><li>Perform asset and equipment inspections to produce asset health reports and analysis for improvement</li></ul>
