Gridworks is well-positioned for continued growth in the rapidly expanding clean energy sector.<h2 style="margin-top:13px;">Roles and Responsibilities:</h2><ul style="margin-bottom:13px;"><li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on solar farms, including PV inverters, combiner boxes, solar panels, and related components.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.</li><li>Replace or install PV modules, inverters, monitoring equipment, and other components as needed.</li><li>Support maintenance activities as directed by the O&amp;M Operations Manager, often with minimal supervision.</li><li>Attend training sessions provided by equipment manufacturers and approved by management.</li><li>Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and resources in compliance with company policies.</li><li>Maintain high safety standards and adhere to environmental, health, and quality protocols.</li><li style="margin-bottom:13px;">Participate in weekend on-call duties for emergency response to system faults.</li></ul>  <h2 style="margin-top:13px;">Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>Gridworks is an equal opportunity employer.
